Pablo Quirno Sworn in as Argentina's New Foreign Minister

Pablo Quirno was officially sworn in as Argentina's new Foreign Minister. In his first speech, he outlined his priorities: strengthening ties with the US and attracting international investments to deepen the country's global integration.


Pablo Quirno assumed office today as the new Foreign Minister, taking his oath before President Javier Milei, and emphasized that from his new position he will seek to 'continue consolidating the relationship with the United States' and deepen 'international insertion with greater trade and investments.'The brief ceremony took place in the White Hall of the Casa Rosada, where the former Secretary of Finance swore by 'God, the Fatherland, and the Holy Gospels.''All of this is quite recent,' stated the official, close to Minister of Economy Luis Caputo.When asked about the objectives he has set for his new role, Quirno said he will seek to 'deepen the President's agenda regarding international insertion, with greater trade and investments.''The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has done important work in these 20 months to insert Argentina into the international arena and attract investments.
